Refund Policy
At Elm Health, we strive to provide transparent billing and fulfillment practices for all patients.
Subscription Billing
All treatment plans are billed on a recurring basis unless canceled prior to the scheduled rebill date.
Cancellation & Refund Eligibility
Patients may cancel their subscription at any time before their scheduled rebill date.
If a cancellation request is received on or after the rebill date and the order has already been transmitted to the pharmacy for fulfillment, the order is not eligible for cancellation or refund.
Once an order has been submitted to the pharmacy, medication preparation begins immediately. Due to the nature of prescription medications, orders that have entered the fulfillment process cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
Future Shipments
If a patient requests cancellation after an order has already been transmitted to the pharmacy, Elm Health will cancel all future shipments and future recurring charges. However, the current order will continue to be processed and shipped and will not be eligible for a refund.
Non-Returnable Medications
Prescription medications are non-returnable and non-refundable once fulfillment has begun, in accordance with applicable pharmacy regulations and safety standards.
